Maine: The Misconception of Question 1

I urge all Mainers to vote NO on Question 1. Voting yes would reject a law giving fair protection to homosexuals against discrimination. However, I have seen signs encouraging people to vote yes and “protect marriage”.

The bill has nothing to do with gay marriage.

Why can’t these conservative traditionalists step up to the plate–and if they disagree, tell the truth.

Mainers, vote no on 1.

    It’s actually Question 1, not 2 🙂

THIS IS A QUOTE! “SOME TIMES ITS ALL RIGHT TO BE DISCRIMINATING.”

You can have discriminating taste or style…or be discriminating about what neighborhood to live in…but wasn’t it our forefathers who came up with the idea that “All men are created equal”? Who are WE to decide that one sexual persuasion is entitled to this idea, and not another?
